The historic Ford House — a National Historic Landmark on the shores of Lake St. Clair — provides a magnificent setting for our 50th anniversary celebration. Built in 1929 for Edsel and Eleanor Ford, the estate's 87-acre lakeside grounds and Cotswold-inspired sandstone mansion make it one of Michigan's most extraordinary venues.

About the AGM

The Annual General Meeting is the cornerstone event of the Cryonics Institute calendar — an opportunity for members to tour the facility, connect with fellow cryonicists, and receive a full accounting of the Institute's activities and financial health.

Agenda items include the President's Report, Treasurer's Report, and Investment Report, as well as the announcement of Board of Directors election results. The AGM is open to all CI members and to those with a genuine interest in the Cryonics Institute.

This year's meeting carries special significance as we mark fifty years since Robert Ettinger founded the Institute in 1976 — fulfilling a vision first articulated in The Prospect of Immortality and sustained by our members ever since.
