(Note that it is possible for the number of SA Members to increase more than the
number of CRYO Members when there is a decrease in non-SA CRYO Members.
Similarly, it is possible for the number of funded Members to increase even though
the total number of Members declines if there are a substantial number of non-funded
Option Two Members who stop paying dues.)
