Most of these video and audio files should now stream using Windows Media Player. If you are not using Microsoft Internet Explorer, please consult your help file if they do not play. There should be an attachment to play these files. Please note that some browsers require Active-x to be activated in order to play videos. Please check this if a video does not play. In ie7 and later, the video still may not play. To fix this problem, access Tools, Internet Options, Security. Under ActiveX, enable the display of video on a page that does not use external media player. Close all IE windows and re-open. Re-access and you should see the video display.
